| 50% refund, if cancelled before 30th Sept 2026 | Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference through cheque. |
| 25% refund, if cancelled before 30th Nov 2026 | Cheque will not be accepted during promotion |
| No refund, if cancelled after 30th Nov 2026 | For On-Spot registration, Cash / Card Payment will be accepted only |
Guidelines For Payment
- All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the Delegate.
- For any Card or Online Payment an additional payment of 3% will be charged.
- The sender's name & Transaction ID must be mentioned in the registration form.
- Registration for Sr Citizens API Member (Above 70 yrs) shall be complimentary for Self only. Please submit the age proof ID Passport / PAN Card / Adhaar Card.
- Only one registration per UTR/Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations against one transfer, it will be considered as Trade Registration and the fees will apply accordingl
- DD/Cheque should reach to the APICON 2027 Secretariat office within the 20 days of the issuing date.
- Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of amount in the Conference account
- For Cash Deposit in account please attach the copy of Deposit slip. For NEFT/Bank Transfer please mention the UTR No.in the registration form. In the absence of payment proof registration will not be confirmed.
- Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deemed fit.
General Guidelines:
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 5 yrs, less than 5 yrs, registration is free (upto 2 children only.)
- Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
- Registration is non-transferable
- Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration
- PG Students will have to submit a letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute.
- Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat. It is mandatory to provide mail id and mobile number for proper communication. Name and mail id should be in Block Letters and properly readable.
- Registration confirmation letter along with the Registration ID will be sent to you within 30 days after receiving your payment.
- For spot registrations: The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability
- Delegate kit & CME Certificate would be handed over only to the registered delegate (In person only).
- Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event.
- Organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings
- Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student
- Online registration will be closed on1st Feb 2027. Further registration will start at the conference venue as "Spot Registration” category only.
- For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.apicon2027.com and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
